About Our Shipping
Brinetta is an Australian business. To keep our prices competitive and our range broad, we work with trusted logistics partners in Asia who handle warehousing and dispatch on our behalf. Orders are shipped directly from these fulfilment centres to your address in Australia.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.
Delivery Time
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Australia delivery: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch (Monday to Friday)
Because items ship from our international fulfilment partners, delivery takes longer than a domestic-only retailer. The estimated transit time above already accounts for this.
Shipping Destinations
Brinetta currently ships to addresses within Australia only. International orders are not supported at this time.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update, as shipments pass through multiple carriers between our fulfilment partner and the final Australian carrier.
Shipping Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier handovers, or weather conditions.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already been shipped, we are unable to guarantee changes or refunds.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Brinetta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will also do our best to assist where possible.
